3 Types of one-on-one Nutrition Counseling Packages you can choose to help you take control of your:

Packages can include follow-up appointments to check-in, delve deeper into specific nutrition topics affecting you, and increase your accountability and motivation to sticking to your goals and plans.

Have a dietitian in your back pocket through your package’s secure messaging feature (via Practice Better online and/or phone app). You’ll be able to take photos, upload screenshots/documents, text your dietitian questions 24/7. Never be confused about which cereal or packaged food is the better buy when grocery shopping again!

Meal Planning

As an add-on service to the Nutrition Counseling Packages, we offer a 45-minute meal planning session to determine your likes/dislikes, food preferences, and cooking/food prep style. You then get a 1-week meal plan complete with nutrient analysis, grocery list and recipes!

Corporate / Workplace Wellness

Your dietitian loves running group Health Challenges (complete with prizes!), nutrition workshops (with food samples - yum!) and webinars to motivate you and your team.
