Three simple things you need to do to keep you motivated.
1) Set Goals
Set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Action/Attainable, Realistic/Rewarding, and have a Timeline. Here’s a template to get you started. And another template if you hated the other one.
2) Track Your Progress
Whether you use check-marks on a calendar, stickers, stamps, apps, or tally-marks on a wall. Track your progress of your goal!
3) Re-evaluate Regularly
Review your progress after a day, a week, 2 weeks, and a month later. Ask yourself, “How did I do with my goal?” , “What went well?”, “What sabotaged me?” If the goal flopped, modify it. If you rocked it, reward yourself!
